We’ve worked to establish quite a garden on our farm. We use the square foot gardening method, and we’ve seen great results. Each day we plan our menus around what we can pick from the garden. The more we pick, the more seems to grow. We hope we can keep this up through the hot summer.
Our garden is our commitment to eating as locally as possible. And, it sure does taste better when you pick it yourself!
